We seek out local sources for meats, cheeses and produce whenever possible. All our breads, sauces, pasta and desserts at Piatto are made from scratch daily.
* All sausage and many of the cheeses are made for us by Lovera's in Krebs, OK.
* Pork comes from Natural Farms which raises their animals in a hormone-free, chemical-free and antibiotic-free environment.
* Veal comes from Strauss which has a policy of raising animals chain-free in family groups.
We accept reservations for your private functions, business lunches and dinners, rehearsal dinners, and celebrations.
